For Services Reviews, these workshops may include:

1. Reviews to determine your current environment, your future requirements, and the potential for change;
2. In depth workshops also include developing suitable transition plans, and target delivery and billing models.
3. Develop the approaches that could be undertaken (tender, contract renegotiation or other); and
4. Produce management recommendations based on your corporate governance.

All of this builds on the skills of your staff whilst they are undertaking this work.
