New Business Development Workshops

For New Business Development these workshops will:

  1. Focus on current or desired target customers;

  2. Provide a framework for determining the likelihood of success;
  3. Determine the best methods to build customer profiles to enable account penetration; and
  4. Identify areas for improvement in your sales/capture teams, and develop specific ways to do this.

All of these activities build upon the existing skills of your own staff.
